Flyers win HMHL title
The Flyers won the HMHL Championship in a hard fought 3 game series.
The Flyers and Century 21 Classic battled it out in all 3 games with a display of serious offence. The leagues most offensive team Century 21 Classic came out ahead with 7-5 win to take the lead in game 1.
Game 2 saw the Flyers come out ahead in a great 6-5 win with Travis White scoring the game winner in the third period. That evened the serries and set the stage for a rubber match game for the title in Dartmouth.
The final game had the leagues leading goal scorer show up with force, Jared Romyn lead the way with 2 goals and 2 assists to give the Flyers a 7-2 win for thier first HMHL Championship.
Congrats to both teams for a great year!!
